The Terms of Business

The prices are exclusive of VAT. Accounts are due for settlement within 30 days of delivery of the invoice.

Provided that accounts are settled within 30 days of the Invoice, Woodland Barn Nurseries will at their entire discretion grant the following discounts:

Order value £2000 - £4000 5%

Order value £4000 - £6000 7.5%

Order value £6000 and over 10%

New customers: cash on delivery.

The cost of packaging and carriage will be added to the order. We will keep this to a minimum. Where plants are supplied in trays these are returnable.

Orders of more than £1000 will be delivered within 100 miles of Woodland Barn Nurseries free of charge.

Minimum trade order value on mainland of Great Britain: £100. Overseas: £400.

Not less than 10 of any variety supplied on trade orders

Goods are offered subject to their being unsold and available. We cannot be held responsible in any way if previously ordered plants are unavailable at the time of delivery, as they are perishable.

In the event that the Customer cancels their order (in whole or in part) prior to delivery, Woodland Barn shall be entitled (without prejudice to any other rights) to charge an additional sum to cover costs incurred by it up to the date of cancellation.

Until payment has been make in full for the goods supplied, the title to them shall remain vested in the seller. In accordance with the established custom of the trade Woodland Barn Nurseries will in no case be liable for more than the actual amount paid for a Woodland Barn Nurseries Product.

Risk in the items sold by Woodland Barn Nurseries shall pass to the customer at the moment when the items being sold leave Woodland Barn's premises. The customer shall inspect the goods sold and notify Woodland Barn Nurseries within 3 days of any apparent defect.
